Our delivery schedule is:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

These are done the same day, in CDMX and the metropolitan area,
Torreon, Gomez Palacio, Lerdo, and Cuernavaca.

Once confirmed, your order will arrive in four hours.

On February 14 and May 10 the delivery schedule is open, if you need a special delivery call us at 800 466 1316

Deliveries in Guadalajara and Monterrey are from Tuesday to Friday with the exception of holidays. If your order is placed before 12:00 pm, it will arrive the next day or the date you choose within the days enabled for delivery, which are from Tuesday to Friday. These shipments are coordinated with the DHL Courier.
